Language Concrete cracks are inevitable due to thermal expansion, ground settlement, and structural loading. Crack injection is the most effective method for restoring structural integrity and waterproofing.
Step-by-step procedure: 1. Assess crack type and width. 2. Clean the crack area and remove loose material. 3. Drill injection ports at 15-20cm intervals along the crack, angled to intersect the crack at depth. 4. Seal surface between ports with rapid-setting sealant. 5. Inject acrylate grout starting from lowest port at controlled pressure. 6. Allow gel time of 1-10 minutes depending on catalyst ratio. 7. Remove surface sealant and finish.
